Please remember that you must have been a shareholder as of the record date of June 15, 2026 to be eligible to vote.

Some brokers outside of North America may not automatically provide proxy voting materials to retail shareholders. If you have not received voting instructions, please contact your broker or financial institution directly to confirm your eligibility and request your voting information, including your control number.

How to get your Control Number

    2. When prompted, choose “I’m just getting started.”

    3. Press or say 2.

    4. Press or say 5.

    5. You will be connected to a Vanguard representative.

    6. Ask to speak with an Investment Department Specialist.

    7. You will be asked to confirm your account information.

    8. Once confirmed, the specialist will contact Vanguard’s Corporate Actions Department.

    9. Your control number will be provided.

    2. When asked for your CIBC Investor’s Edge ID, press # to skip.

    4. Request your control number for the applicable meeting.

    If you are close to the voting deadline, ask for the request to be treated as urgent.
     

    Wealth Management Accounts

    If your account is managed by an advisor:

    1. Contact your broker or financial advisor.

    2. Ask them to request your control number on your behalf.
